Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform — this is a binding agreement between you and aic444.

General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the aic444 platform and all its services. By accessing the website or application, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

aic444 ("we", "us", "platform") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms are drafted in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh ("you", "user").

Important Notice: If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the aic444 platform. These Terms constitute a legal agreement.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines also apply. These Terms may be updated at any time, and accessing the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the aic444 platform:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
  • You must participate in this service voluntarily and of your own judgment.
  • You must be mentally competent and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • No self-exclusion order must be in effect against you.
  • Close relatives of employees may not participate on this platform.

Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. Helping anyone under 21 to create an account, or allowing your own account to be used for that purpose, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

aic444 may request identity documents or other paperwork for age verification at any time. We reserve the right to suspend an account if documents are not provided.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on aic444, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds.

  • Each individual may open only one account.
  • Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
  • Operating an account in the name of a third party is not permitted.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your account credentials (password, username) secure.

3.2 Password Security

Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately. aic444 will not be held liable for account misuse unless it can be proven that the fault was due to a failure in our system.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply when making deposits on the aic444 platform:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 by all methods.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • No payment method may be used for criminal purposes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
  • Standard processing time: within 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted if an active bonus wagering requirement is in place.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
aic444 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) policy. We reserve the right to carry out additional verification procedures for suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

aic444 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms

  • The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
  • A separate expiry period applies to each bonus; any unused bonus will be forfeited after the expiry date.
  • Bonus wagers may be excluded or partially counted in certain games.
  • Each member may use a bonus offer only once.
  • Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not permitted.
  • If bonus misuse is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

aic444's VIP program has three tiers, each with weekly cashback:

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier is at aic444's discretion. VIP benefits are non-transferable and are forfeited upon account closure.

Gaming Rules

All games offered on the aic444 platform are operated by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others). Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer.

  • If a technical issue occurs during a game, aic444 reserves the right to void that round.
  • aic444 will not be held responsible for any bets lost due to network disconnection.
  • In the event of any dispute over a game result, the game provider's server log will be considered final.
  • The maximum and minimum bet limits are displayed within each game and are subject to change.
  • Attempting to gain financially by exploiting any software or hardware error or bug is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the aic444 platform:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Colluding or cheating with other members.
  • Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
  • Using fake or stolen identity documents.
  • Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform's security systems.
  • Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.
  • Filing false chargeback claims.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

aic444 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

  • If a game session is disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • If any loss occurs due to a fault in third-party software.
  • In force majeure situations (natural disasters, government directives, war, etc.).
  • If any loss occurs due to your own negligence or error.
  • If loss occurs due to unauthorized third-party access to the account.

aic444 will never be liable for direct or indirect losses beyond the total amount you have deposited on our platform. aic444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Account Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure by aic444

aic444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • In the event of providing false identity or information.
  • If bonus misuse is proven.
  • In the event of suspicious financial transactions.
  • If identified as a minor.

Before permanently closing an account, if no breach of Terms has occurred, any valid balance will be returned.
